Have a Look Around
Become part of something bigger
Meriton Foundry is part of Emberstead Collective — a family of supportive, inspiring workspaces built on collaboration, kindness, and heart-led leadership. Across all our sites, we prioritise community, wellbeing, and long-term growth over quick turnover or corporate culture. We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and connected.
Community
Working at Meriton Foundry feels productive and energising. You’re surrounded by people building real businesses, so there’s a shared drive and understanding in the air. You can shut your door and focus when you need to, or step out and have a friendly conversation – connection happens naturally here.
Social
Throughout the year, we host relaxed social gatherings, coffee mornings and opportunities to meet other businesses in the building. These moments often spark collaborations, shared projects, and lasting professional relationships – all without pressure.
Capacity
Running a business comes with endless small demands. We ease some of that weight, from day-to-day logistics to practical building support, giving you back time and headspace to focus on your bigger vision. When the practicalities are handled, you have more energy to build what matters.
